Please browse our art shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments securely using PayPal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When you place an order to purchase a product from the bowie gallery, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched that product to you (the “Dispatch Confirmation E-mail”). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

We accept Visa and MasterCard Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.  You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, and we advise using as much of the original packing as possible.

We want our customers to be happy. Please contact us by e mail, phone or post if there is anything you require help with. Our online goods are either limited edition prints or cards, but we can arrange purchase and shipping of original work and are happy to arrange this directly with you. Originals will be delivered in the UK by art courier.

DAMAGED GOODS
Please inform us immediately if your purchase has been damaged in transit, so that we can make a claim against the transport company. We will liaise with you directly about return postage or collection.
